Mattresses are final sale for hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives with defects or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, wood grain, or natural materials are normal and are not considered defects.

The White Queen size is a floor sample – only 1 unit left, and it is not boxed.
The Black Queen size and all Double sizes (Black, White, and Brown) are still available in original boxed packaging.
This item is a showroom sample clearance product and is sold in as-is condition:
- The product was used as an in-store display piece. It is fully functional, but may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches, marks, or slight color variation due to lighting.
- The item is not sold in original factory packaging. It will be disassembled and securely packed for pickup or delivery.
- Limited quantity available. Prices are heavily discounted / below regular cost, and stock is first come, first served.
- All items in this Clearance / Sample Sale category are FINAL SALE: no returns, no exchanges, no cancellations after the order is confirmed.
- Pickup or delivery is usually arranged within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed.
