Packaging
Most items are shipped unassembled and packaged for easier transportation and handling.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, subject to approval.

Mattresses are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives with defects or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, wood grain, or natural materials are normal and are not considered defects.
