Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, subject to prior approval.
Mattresses are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives with defects or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you quickly.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or natural material characteristics are normal for furniture and are not considered defects.
