📜 BONLIFE FURNITURE Terms of Service
Welcome to BONLIFE FURNITURE. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
- Orders will be confirmed via email within 3 business days after placement.
- If any items in a multiple-item order are out of stock, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable items. The rest of the order will be processed as usual.
- Order Cancellation Â
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. A cancellation request must be submitted via email. Once items are prepared for delivery or have left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer permitted.
- BONLIFE FURNITURE reserves the right to cancel or refund any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery is to the building entrance only (ground floor or lobby). No indoor moving, setup, or assembly is included.
- Elevator access is required for high-rise buildings. If not arranged in advance, delivery will be made only to the building entrance.
- If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Warehouse pickup is available upon request.
- Delivery may be delayed during holidays due to courier limitations.
- Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
- If the delivery address is changed after placing the order, a new delivery fee may apply.
- Please note that all products requiring assembly or installation will be delivered unassembled. BONLIFE FURNITURE does not provide in-home installation or assembly services. Customers are responsible for assembling the items themselves. Basic tools and instructions may be provided with the product where applicable. If professional installation is needed, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of such services.
- Customers who choose to hire third-party installers do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for damages or malfunctions resulting from third-party installations.
Self Pick-Up Policy
- Customers opting for self pick-up will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days confirming stock availability and providing pickup scheduling details.
- Pick-up is available by appointment only and must be arranged in advance.
- Customers must bring the order confirmation email and pick-up confirmation email when picking up the goods.
- Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle to safely transport the purchased items.
- Pick-up must occur within 14 days of receiving the pickup confirmation. Failure to collect items within this period without prior notice will result in storage fees of $50 per week.
- If you require a special arrangement, please contact us in advance via email. If items are not collected within 30 days, and no extension is requested, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and original-packaged items only. For hygiene reasons, all mattress sales are final and non-returnable.
- Prior approval is required for all returns. Returns without authorization will not be processed.
- Customers must return approved items to our warehouse within 5 days of approval at their own expense.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No exchanges are offered. To replace an item, you must return the original and place a new order.
- Opened, assembled, used, or damaged items are non-returnable.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for claims resulting from failure to read or understand our policies. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Damaged or Missing Parts
- If there are factory defects or missing parts, you must contact us within 48 hours of unpacking, with clear photos attached.
- All defect or missing part issues must be confirmed by email or phone with our customer service team before proceeding.
- Upon confirmation, customers must bring the defective part or pick up the missing part at our warehouse. We do not ship replacement parts.
- Damages caused by customer mishandling (e.g., cuts from knives, scratches during unpacking, dropping furniture) are not covered.
- Due to the nature of large furniture, minor imperfections such as small scratches, wood knots, slight color variations, or minor dents are considered normal and do not qualify as quality defects.
- Due to differences in lighting, monitor displays, and natural materials, actual product color, grain, or dimensions may vary slightly from online images or descriptions. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
- Arranging elevator access or loading zones where needed.
- Being present or assigning a designated recipient at the scheduled delivery time.
- Inspecting the condition of items upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours.
- Keeping the original receipt and order confirmation for any service inquiries.
- Customers are responsible for preparing basic tools (e.g., screwdriver, drill) if assembly is required.
Liability Disclaimer
BONLIFE FURNITURE is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, courier services, or incorrect addresses.
- Damages arising from customer misuse, improper assembly, or mishandling after delivery.
- Losses resulting from stock shortages, typographical errors, or pricing inaccuracies.
Recycling & Disposal
- We do not remove old furniture, packaging materials, or debris from your premises.
- Customers are responsible for arranging disposal in compliance with local regulations.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment is processed.
- Any chargebacks or payment disputes must first be addressed through our customer service within 7 days of delivery. BONLIFE FURNITURE reserves the right to provide delivery records, signed agreements, and customer order data as evidence in response to unauthorized disputes.
Warranty
- BONLIFE FURNITURE does not provide post-sale warranty service.
- Only factory defects or missing parts reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for replacement after approval.
- Damages caused by customer mishandling, misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not eligible for refund or repair.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of BONLIFE FURNITURE.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
