Delivery Policy

At BONLIFE FURNITURE, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our delivery details below.:

1. Shipping Time & Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Our team will contact you by phone within 3 business days after your order is placed to arrange the delivery date and time.
  • Delivery is generally completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on location and scheduling availability.
  • Please note that holidays and severe weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

2. Delivery Area & Methods

  • We currently provide local delivery within Toronto and surrounding areas, up to 130 km.
  • For locations beyond 130 km, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options.
  • Delivery is provided to the building entrance. For condo or apartment buildings, delivery to the unit is available when elevator access has been arranged in advance.
  • Products are delivered unassembled. Assembly or stair carry services are not included.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be automatically shown at checkout according to your address.
  • Within 5 km – $30 (Minimum order $95 )
  • 5–10 km – $50 (Minimum order $95 )
  • 10–15 km: – $60 (Minimum order $95)
  • Over 15 km: Minimum order $200
    • 15–25 km – $70
    • 25–40 km  – $80
    • 40–50 km – $100
    • 50–60 km  – $120
    • 60–80 km – $160
    • 80–100 km – $200
    • 100-130 km – $250
  • Delivery fees may be adjusted if the delivery address is changed after the order is placed.

4. Scheduling & Access

  • Our team will contact you to arrange the delivery schedule once your order is ready.
  • For condo or apartment buildings, please arrange elevator access in advance to ensure smooth in-unit delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available during the confirmed delivery window. Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required.
  • If you have any special delivery requests, please contact us in advance so we can review available options.

5. Self Pick-Up Option

  • Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse at no additional charge.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email within 3 business days confirming inventory availability and providing your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Please visit the warehouse after receiving the confirmation email and follow the scheduled time provided.
  • When picking up your order, kindly bring your order confirmation for verification.
  • We recommend arranging pick-up within two weeks of receiving the confirmation email. If additional time is needed, please contact us in advance to discuss available options. Storage fees may apply for extended holding periods.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation for their items.

🔧 Assembly & Installation

  • Products that require assembly will be delivered unassembled. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware are included where applicable.
  • At this time, in-home assembly services are not included. Customers may arrange professional installation services independently if desired.
