Return Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and original-packaged items. For hygiene reasons, all mattress sales are final and non-returnable.
Prior Approval Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Approval requests will be processed within 2 business days.
Return Process
Approved returns must be returned to our warehouse within 5 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for delivering returns to our warehouse; we do not offer pick-up services.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected, and the refund amount will be processed after deducting a 25% restocking fee. Please note: Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 7–15 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Defects or Missing Parts
- If there are defects or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (not unpacking) and provide clear photos.
Customers must receive confirmation from us via email or phone before proceeding. - After confirmation, customers are required to bring the defective or missing parts to our warehouse for replacement or collection. We do not offer shipping services for parts.
Please Note Regarding Appearance and Finishes:
- As large furniture pieces, some minor imperfections are considered normal and do not constitute quality defects. These may include small scratches, slight dents, wood knots, or natural variations in texture and color. We appreciate your understanding of the following:

Color Variation: Product images—including real-life photos and computer-generated renderings—may appear different from the actual product due to lighting conditions, camera settings, and screen displays. Final color should always be based on the actual item received.
For customers who are particular about color, please note that slight shade differences are common, especially with leather or fabric upholstery, as texture and dye absorption may vary by production batch. - Natural Characteristics of Materials: Solid wood furniture may feature visible wood grain, knots, or other natural characteristics. These are part of the unique charm of real wood and should not be considered flaws.
- Handling-Related Imperfections: Due to the size and weight of large furniture, minor scuffs or small surface marks may occur during transport or handling. These do not affect the product’s function or structural integrity and are within acceptable standards for large furnishings.
- We strive to deliver your items in the best possible condition, but we kindly ask for your understanding that perfect uniformity is not guaranteed in handcrafted or natural-material furniture. If you have concerns about specific product features, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from customer misuse or mishandling after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, cuts, punctures, tears, stains, or structural breakage caused by improper assembly, dragging, dropping, or using the furniture in ways not intended by its design.
We strongly recommend following the assembly instructions carefully and handling items with care to ensure long-lasting use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mattresses are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Used, assembled, or damaged items are non-returnable.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
