Shipping policy

At BONLIFE FURNITURE, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our detailed delivery policy below:

1. Shipping Time & Holidays

  • Orders are generally processed within 3 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • We will notify you of the scheduled delivery date via email once your order is ready for shipment.
  • Holidays and severe weather conditions may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

2. Delivery Area & Methods

  • We currently offer local delivery within Toronto and surrounding cities, up to a maximum distance of 100 kilometers.
  • For addresses beyond 100 kilometers, please contact us directly before placing your order.
  • Delivery is to the building entrance only (i.e., front door, lobby of apartments/condos).
  • We do not offer in-home delivery, assembly, or stair carry services.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance as follows:
  • Within 10 km: $50 (no minimum order required)
  • 10–20 km: $80 (no minimum order required)
  • Over 20 km: Minimum order of $350 required for delivery
  •      20–30 km: $100
  •      30–40 km: $120
  •      40–50 km: $150
  •      50–60 km: $180
  •      60–80 km: $200
  •      80–100 km: $220
  • Delivery fees vary by region and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code.
  • If you change your delivery address after placing the order, the delivery fee may be recalculated.

4. Scheduling & Access

  • For buildings with elevators, customers must arrange elevator access in advance.
  • If elevator access is unavailable or not booked, delivery will be completed at the ground level or front entrance only.
  • If the customer is not present during the scheduled delivery window, a second delivery fee will apply.
  • Special delivery requests must be confirmed with us via email before the scheduled delivery.

5. Self Pick-Up Option

  • Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse free of charge.
    After placing an order, you will receive an email within three business days to confirm inventory availability and inform you of the available pick-up time.
    Please only come for pick-up after receiving the confirmation email, and follow the scheduled time provided.
  • When picking up, customers must bring their order confirmation and present the pick-up confirmation email for verification.
  • Please arrange to pick up your order within two weeks after receiving the confirmation email.
    If you are unable to pick up within this timeframe, please contact us in advance to make special arrangements.
    Otherwise, a storage fee may apply for orders not picked up within two weeks.
  • Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle for transporting their items.
