Important Notice: Beware of Online Impersonation & Fraud

We have recently identified multiple suspected scammers and fake accounts on platforms such as Kijiji and Facebook who have stolen our in-store sofa photos and posted fake advertisements pretending to be BONLIFE FURNITURE.

After being exposed, these scammers not only refused to stop but also attempted to damage our reputation by leaving fake Google reviews. They even claimed they would continue to impersonate our store name online in order to mislead customers.

To protect our customers, please note the following:

  • We have only one official store: BONLIFE FURNITURE.
  • Our only official phone number is 647-988-2264 (the number printed on our business card).
  • We never offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Customers should purchase only through:
  • Many online impostors have no physical store, rely only on phone calls or text messages, and some are not even located in Canada. They often lure buyers with “lower prices,” but in fact provide no guarantee or after-sales service.
  • More seriously, these scammers frequently steal other people’s real addresses to pretend they have a store, creating a false sense of credibility to deceive customers.
  • Do not trust suspicious online ads. Always verify the seller’s identity before making any payment.
  • We are not responsible for any transactions or losses that occur through non-official channels.

For transparency, we are publishing a screenshot of one conversation with an impostor who openly admitted to leaving fake 1-star reviews and continuing to impersonate our store. This is only one example — there may be other scammers or accounts involved.

If you see any suspicious ad using our photos, store name, or address, please be cautious and call 647-988-2264 directly to verify.
