Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, subject to prior approval.
Mattresses are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives with defects or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you quickly.

Velvet Tufted Sectional Sofa – 100"x60", Reversible Chaise, 3 Colors
Please note that this sofa is not reversible, but it is available in two configurations: Facing Left and Facing Right.
"Facing Left" or "Facing Right" refers to the position of the chaise when you are standing in front of the sofa, facing it:
- Facing Left: the chaise is on your left-hand side
- Facing Right: the chaise is on your right-hand side
Please make sure to choose the correct configuration based on your room layout, as the direction cannot be changed after delivery. If you’re unsure which one to select, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!
